controlling external midi gear ( ext instrumnt feature request ?

From what i've seen Move can control some ext midi gear, which is nice
But it seems there is no "external instrument device" with channel management, does it means it just send notes to every channel ?
I guess thats a simple way to go but it would be very nice to have at least channel selection
In ideal world i'd also d' like to use the knobs for midi stuff. like modwheel, pitch bend, note duration ,etc.
In ideal world as it's bidirectionnal I would also love to record automations I played on my synth. I don't want something as complcate as the midi device in live , just to automate my movement directly done on the synth.
And then I would need to sample the result with an audio track....
I think this feature would stay in the notepad workflow. we have 50gb of user samples so lets make loops !
