Start Position Of Clips from capture

Not sure if I'm missing something obvious, or it just isn't an option. But if I press the capture button after, say, I've played a 4 bar pattern it will capture those four full bars. Which is as expected. But what if I only want the last two bars? There doesn't seem to be a way in which I can select the starting bar (eg bar 3) and then switch on a 2 bar loop to only loop on the last two bars. So what often happens, is the final couple of bars or so that I want to keep get lost.

Any suggestions or pointers?

Press the Loop button to enter Loop Mode. Each of the sequencer buttons represents a bar of you loop. Hold the button for the starting bar and then press the button for the ending bar.
