Help, I just got push and MPE doesn’t work

I just bought push 3, connected it to laptop and pressed the bulb button for a guide.

In the guide they tell you to slide your fingers over notes for pitch and up down but none of this works. Did I get a faulty one?

Also I tried few patches from the site list that support mpe slide and none of them seem to work. Only pressure works and a little wonky too. https://help.ableton.com/hc/en-us/artic ... ed-presets

Should I return it?

Try updating it again.
