Cannot Update Library. Live 12.1

Hi,

After upgrade to 12.1 cannot update Library.
Path : Packs / Updates or Packs / Available Packs

Message is cannot retrieve list.

I got 26 Available packs all greyed out. Live it's authorized.
What can I do?

Did you Re-authorize?
Are no other versions of Live open?

I did not Re-Authorize.
I have Live Running on two computers and both have the same behavior.
I am not 100% sure that this hasn't already happened with 12.0.x. (I was after several projects so I did not upgrade packs)
I can confirm that as a Live Suite License all is operational and I can have access to all that it should be with Suite, including Max4Live.
