Ableton glitching/flickering when selecting tracks

Hi

So I was using ableton today, and when trying to switch tracks to change plugin parameters etc, the tracks will not select. Just get this flash on the screen. I think it's easier if you watch the video below. I can't right click either to delete tracks. I tried restarting ableton and computer but nothing works. Save for starting a whole new ableton project, is there any solution to this. I've midi mapped a few things so I will loose that.

I have the exact same issue.

Ableton support couldn't fix after a huge amount of back and forth.

Please let me know if you get any joy as its really annoying.

Are you using a hub + external monitor with your mac?

I use a macbook air M2.
Had a cheap Anker hub and had stranger flicker effects sometimes when loading more intensive AU's.
Just switched to a Sonnet Echo 20 dock and I don't seem to have any display issues anymore.
