Operator - Transpose Hack?!

Post by R. » Fri Nov 15, 2024 7:38 pm

Hey Gang,
Is there anyway that I can hack the transpose button in Operator to function more like an octave Jump when using Operator?
Im trying to see if there is some way that I can set up the Transpose Button (Using Macros or Something similar) so that with a value jump of 1 the Transpose button will jump +12 or -12 Semitones?
At the moment it goes incrementally which is not so ideal for what im looking for.
Thanks

What about the "Octave" Max for Live MIDI Effect device, part of the Factory Pack M4L devices?

It is literally just one Octave knob that goes -4 to 4.

Resonance envelops.

Some songs:
"Everybody Look At Your Hands, Control Pain By Using Them To Help."
"The Strangest Loop, Reflex Ahimsa"

If you’re doing it with a mouse and keyboard, I think holding Shift lets you move in octaves.
