Just rebuilt/reinstalled, click track doing weird things?

I had a number of problems with my 2017 27" iMac Running Ventura 13.7.1 with a 4.2ghz i7 and 16GB RAM and a 3TB fusion drive with a Universal Audio Apollo Twin Duo and Fractal Audio Axe-FX III MK II for audio interfaces, since I jus rebuilt it and got everything workingthe cick track 1: doesn't make the same sounds it used to/I am used to, only gives you the choice between 3, one of which being "classic (but doesn't sound like how i reclall it souding at all) and 2: it used to only come on when I clicked the click track button and hit play and or record, but since i turned it on the firt time now it's just on all the time whenever i hit play on ableton even with the click track button off (which is obviously the biggr problem for me).

Anyone have any ideas why this could be and how i might fix it? running Ableton 11 as well, (11.3.36)

I aso noticed it is in only ONE of my 3 new projects since rebuilding/reinstalling everything but still can't figure out why.
