I was hoping someone might be able to help me.
I've seen some multi meters created using M4L, but I'm looking for something a bit more depth.
I'm hoping someone has already made what I'm looking for. I'd be hoping for a peak/RMS meter link the one found on the Ableton mixer but also with a lufs readout and a stereo field [stereo scope] but also integrated utility device [vol, pan, etc]
I have Izotope insight 2, sonible balance & peak, and process audio decibel - but I would like something that gives me this kind of info without having to open the vst pop out to view it. Even a wrapper for insight would be decent.
I've seen things like minimeter which I what first put me on to this, but would like it on a per track bases instead of the audio output.
Is this sort of thing difficult to make? I have no experience of making devices in M4L, would this be too difficult as a first project?
