Can't adjust velocity of a note

I can't adjust the volume / veloctiy of a note

I have the notes and the velocity at the bottom but I can't adjust the volume .. ignores my mouse movement

Do you mean the velocity lines don't move up/down?

yes, but a pc reboot fixed it.
