connect to usb speakers ?

Can I connect move directly to a Bose (or any other) external speaker via USB-c ? Or I have to use the 3.5mm stereo jack ? If so, I'll have to buy an adaptor that is also a DAC, which probably will have a very poor quality conversion. BTW the speakers on move are useless.

also if anyone have loud enough portable speakers recomendations (that have 3.5mm jack input of course)
