cc control - all custom knobs?

Hello. I just loaded the CC Control and I am trying to figure out how to change the mod,pitch,pressure,and button in the first row to custom knobs?

Also is there a way to add more pages? tia

These are fixed. But all the other ones are custom.
And if you need more, just load a second CC Control instance.
