Set Headphones thru Macbook p2 jack

Hello, I'm new here and I have a question... Is it possible to put my headphone on the MacBook jack and use it in separate Chanel than the matchbook speakers? I'm trying to listen one track on headphones while the audience hears another track (like a DJ setting up next song on the headphone). I know it's possible to do with a sound interface, but using only the MacBook speakers and p2 jack I'm not getting success. If anybody can help me, I'll really appreciate it!
