Jan. 2025: Novation Live Lite

I am buying a Novation midi device which apparently includes Ableton Live Lite. Do we know which version it includes? If it is Version 11-something, can one retain that, or will it automatically change to V. 12? Thanks for any advice.

You will receive a license for Live Lite 12 after you register the serial number.

Ableton always automatically updates Lite licenses to the latest version a few months after a major release.
