Can't Scroll Over to "Control" Parameters on Push 2?

Post by MrCordell » Wed Feb 05, 2025 2:55 pm

Hey everyone,

I'm losing my mind trying to figure out something that should be super simple and intuitive. I'm trying to select a Simpler track in Device mode on the Push 2 and access the "Controls" page on Simpler so that I can manually adjust the Filter. I can't seem to page over. All I see are the Waveform editing parameters on the screen. I've tried asking Google, ChatGPT, and even sifted through this forum but nothing works. I've tried pushing the button above where it says "Simpler" on the screen in the top left, and all that does is dimly light up the other buttons. I'm losing my mind. Please help.

Thanks!

You're not losing your mind.

Your mind is just being literal/specific perhaps... but I think I have the solution...

When the tack with the Simpler is selected, on my Push 2, the button for "Simpler" has the white activation on the LED on the top row above the screen, with the varied Tracks with numbers on the bottom row.

Once I press the button for Simpler, take note of the bottom row!

Main, Global, Envelopes, Warp, Filter, LFO, Pan & PB.

I think perhaps not every single parameter is available, but many of the "Control" section params, like envelopes, LFOs, which are not on the "Sample" section params. On Push 2 described as "Main" + six other sections, there is confusion there.

(I thought there was something missing when I discovered this some time ago, but I kept tapping and eventually saw "OH! There is that parameter!")
