CPU Overload. Fix that worked for me

I was constantly having “Disk” notification and dropouts when recording or playing back. My fix was replacing the thermal paste on my Dell G7. I had spent months trying everything else and on a whim I thought I would change the paste. I guess overheating was my issue after all temp in my system tray is nom 67, down from the low 90’s. Thought I would share this for anyone else
