Ableton Automation

I was watching a course in automation again with cubase and saw things like Touch, Auto-Catch, Cross-Over and one automation panel that had multiple automation options like fill to start, fill to end, fill to punch so I was wondering where I find all of that in Ableton and If Ableton even has that things like is the manual? what would be your aproach in learning automation in ableton. I know how to record automation, draw using points but that is.
