I have a midi track with the Komplete Kontrol plugin that has Empire Breaks loaded on it.
When a note is played, either from the piano roll or directly from the plugins interface, there is a huge delay, over a half second. It's big enough where trying to alter a drum pattern is extremely confusing.
If I look at the volume level of the track and the master volume level, I can see the delay there. The track shows up right after I hit a note and the main comes in way later.
I'm a bit of a noob so I'm not sure if I did something along the lines to break it. I have two tracks with the same plugin loaded and they both have the issue, but another Komplete Kontrol instrument(Hypha) does not. I'm sending the audio straight to main and it happens without any effects tagged onto it. In the settings it says my output latency is 12ms so it's not a buffer issue. CPU usage is low.
Is there a way to fix this latency issue or figure out what's going on?
A couple of other notes: I don't have the latency issue with this plugin in a new project, and this was originally a Live Lite project and I upgraded to standard in the middle of it.

Re: Huge latency issue with midi track
OK so I went ahead and deleted everything until I could figure it out.
It was a an RX-11 de-clip plugin tied to a separate audio track. Not sure why it affected this one but it was definitely the issue, had to delete it entirely.

Well, you can't go against physics, "especially" with such high latency plugins.
