Link/alias midi clips? Any workarounds?

I came from Logic and am new in Ableton cosmos, so please be gentle and apologize the question that for sure was asked bunch of times.

Say, I have a midi clip "drop" and want to use this in the three drops of my project...
Do I have the opportunity to create only once a drop-midi clip, aliases this one to the two other drops. And when I edit the first one, the two other ones will be changed as well?

As I read, Ableton does not have such a functionality (why? can not understand this), but are there any workarounds or tips&tricks to fix this?

You can create your notes in a midi track. You can also route the midi signal of this track to any number of other tracks in order to use these notes there. To do this, you set where your midi notes should come from in the target track.
