Can´t hear Anything on ASIO driver, PLS Help!

Hey guys,

I recently set my recording place back up. I use a Windows PC, a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 (2nd Gen) und Ableton Live Lite 12. I downloaded the newest driver for the interface from the Focusrite page. Now, if I select the ASIO driver in preferences and my interface I can´t select an output. From my research that is normal because it is supposed to be via the Interface and you can´t change it. However, if I plug in my headphones into the headphone output from the interface (minijack stereo cable into stereo jack adapter) everything stays dead silent. I can´t get it to work.

If I select the NME/DX driver, I can select outputs just fine and can hear stuff. But then I have a mean latency problem that makes recording impossible.

The inputs however are fine. If I plug in my guitar I can see the signal in Ableton, so that seems to be working. Does someone have any advice on that?
