I have a midi looper that I'd like for the play stop to follow the global transport for. I haven't found one that will do this, or a way to automate a revert operation of sorts when you stop the track. It makes sense because you wouldn't want automated macros to move around when you press stop in most cases.
I have found a round about way to trigger actions with midi inside the clip.
Now if I could find a max device of some sort that will always play a specific midi note at the stop- like a little signal blip.. I can send that to my stop control.
Or, a max device that just holds a constant midi tone when transport is off. That signal I could send to my stop control.
