Connection instrument to Move
Hello, I am a beginner to all of this so sorry for the question. I am trying to connect a digital handpan to Move. I am using the input line and connecting with a simple 3.5mm cable. The input sound in pretty low. I also tried the usb-a line but then there is no sound. Can someone could recommend what steps I should that to connect properly to Move.

More details about which device you are using would be helpful.
To increase the volume of the input from the 3.5mm audio input:
To adjust the input gain for the Mic or Line in input source, turn the wheel to select the input levels icon, then press the wheel to open the Gain option and turn the wheel to adjust the level.
To use your device as a midi input device to play Move instruments:
To receive MIDI from a MIDI controller or external hardware:
Connect the MIDI controller to the USB-A port on the back of Move.
Press Shift

Scroll to select MIDI and click the wheel to confirm.
Select MIDI In Only.
Sampling via USB-C is only possible with USB Audio Class 2.0 (UAC2) devices like iPhone and the correct cable, which I'm doubting your Handpan is. Instructions here.
