I wish the Browser could be placed to the Right of the interface if so desired. I feel all interface designers should think of allowing more flexibility with placement of work panels. Adobe does that pretty well. Being able to adapt to one's preferred tools placement is very important in UI IMO.
Carpal tunnel and other wrist issues are real.
