I recently edited a draft from Move in Note (synched via ableton cloud).
I also copied some sequences between tracks (e.g. from green to orange) and when I now open the same project back on Move several sequences on the orange track are now green. Is there a way to normalize the colors according to their tracks?

I'm colorblind so I can't judge from your picture.
But, the currently selected/playing clips use a different color VS the track's color. Are you sure that's not what you're seeing here?

I have verified that this behavior does consistently occur when moving clips in Note that are shared from Move in the cloud.
To make your track clips match colors, shift press the track button and change the color of the track in Move. It will make all the clips in that track the same color again.
To be honest, I wish individual clips had the ability to change color, as sometimes I create variations of a clip and it is difficult to remember which ones are the variants.
