Problems with Keylab 49 MK3

Hello.

I recently bought an Arturia Keylab 49 MK3. Everything seemed to work well until I have decided to assign controls of some third-party plugins.

The steps I follow are the following:

• Create a new midi track

• I load an instrument on that track (Diva for example)

• I add up to 16 controls by pressing the Configure

button

• All Knobs work well. The faders work up to number 4. From 5 to 8 they don't move anything or even the tactile feature not works

• The fader 9 works well by adjusting the volume of the track.

I tried to put the VST plugin in an Intrument Rack by adding 16 macros mapped to the 16 previously configured controls. All Keylab controls now work but Fader number 5 still doesn't show info on the screen when you touch or move it.

I have tested the keyboard in Bitwig, with Analog lab Pro both in standalone mode and in plugin format, also in Studio One. It doesn't fail in any of them. So I have deduced that it is a failure of the Ableton script.

Someone could try it or tell me if they have proven that it works well.
