Hello,
is it normal that the jogwheel feels very loose and wobbly in all directions?
Additionally, when rotating the jogwheel, there is an unusually large amount of play
before it engages at the next detent.
Best regards,
Michael

It's obviously hard to tell based on a description, but if you feel like it doesn't feel right you should definitely contact Support. The jogwheel shouldn't feel "wrong".

I have contacted support and am still waiting for a response.
My hope was that a Move user would share their experiences.

Re: Jogwheel feels loose and wobbly
Any feedback on this? I have a new Move and my Jog Wheel definitely feels a lot looser than the 8 encoders.
Is the main data wheel meant to feel as rigid as the 8 encoders?
Thanks.

No, it is looser. But it shouldn't feel loose to a point where you're wondering if something's wrong.silicon1138 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 03, 2025 12:07 pmIs the main data wheel meant to feel as rigid as the 8 encoders?
