how can I detect tempo automation in an already existing song in ableton live?

so, like I mentioned before, Holy Moly" by IVE has an tempo automation in the first verse, it starts at one tempo (no clue which one, but I guess around 110BPM), and ends at 128BPM before remaining at that for the rest of the song. now I want to detect the starting tempo, so I could use it to create a mashup with "Holy Moly", and be able to match the tempo with the other song I'm using, while using tempo automation to make it match "Holy Moly". I tried to check through tempo automation, but it says 128BPM the entire time, cause' that is the tempo I set it up to. it would be helpful to know if something like that exist in ableton, and how to do it. :D

Quantize the audio (may need some manual warping if the tempo changes are large).

Then set the Clip to Lead (Clip has to be in Arrangement Mode) to enable it as tempo leader, the tempo automation will show in the Main Track (in Arrangement Mode).
