v12.2 Freeze at Startup

At the splash screen, Ableton freezes during startup.
It was automatically updated (I guess last night).

It is when the splash screen says "Initializing applcation.. ."

First you could try holding SHIFT while starting Live, it will bypass your Template set. Maybe a 3rd party plugin or a M4L device is causing the issue.
