If these devices are in the User Library (or a custom folder located under Places), it indicates that the library contains presets that utilize these devices. That's why the devices appear in the list. If you remove the presets, the devices will disappear.
Redux appears in the list because it is still in the current core library. Like Auto Filter, it got an overhaul but kept its original name.
I noticed that the audio effects Chorus, Flanger and Phaser have been moved to the legacy folder in the12.2 update... The combination effects Chorus-Ensemble and Phaser-Flanger are still in the usual place. Why is this? I personally didn't have a problem with the individual effect versions, although they did have some room for improvement. But still, I'd like to use them for now, so why have they been moved away from the Audio Effects label?
They can still be found in Packs > Core Library > Devices > Audio Effects > Legacy, but that takes quite a few clicks to get to...
