Hi,
Does anyone know if it is possible to use the output of an audio track to control the Tempo-Follow?
Right now it seems only possible to set the input from the preference panel, where only the audio interface inputs are available.
What I would like is to process an audio input (coming from a microphone, not a audio-clip) before using it as a tempo follow input.
Is there any better way to do this than sending my track's output to one of my audio interface analog out, then looping that back to another input ?
This sounds a bit clumsy and overkill to require two I/O of my audio interface just for that purpose...
Thanks for any advice!
Vincent

@doubleUG Thanks for the link. I was hoping for a (preferably free) solution with Live's native tempo follower.
Besides it does not work with Mac M1 processor, which I am using.
Any other ideas?

is there anything wrong in setting the track to Leader?
do you know about this?

Last time I tried it didn't work. It was clearly disturbing Live and putting it into some kind of a loop that would make the tempo slowly decrease, infinitely.
