Problem with switching presets in standard (native) Ableton instruments!

Gentlemen, please tell me: how can I switch presets in the standard (native) Ableton instruments! I decided to stop using the good old Roland Sound Canvas, but it doesn't work: firstly, without it, Program Change in MIDI clips does not function, and secondly, switching presets is only possible sequentially (you can't select the 5th, then the 20th, and then the 17th, skipping those in between). What should I do?

Gentlemen, more than three dozen of the best minds of humanity have read my request for help, but no one has given any response...
Is it possible that this long-standing problem has no other solution than to load instruments into a rack and switch between multiple instruments with different settings, rather than between presets of a single instrument?
How is this possible with a DAW that claims to be designed for live performances?
For third-party VST-i, I can use Program Change... If they don't support Program Change, I can put them in Bidule and configure the control through Control Change, but Ableton plugins are not VSTs and cannot be placed in Bidule...
What are other ways to directly and immediately switch between tones using midi mapping (without flipping through them sequentially from the previous to the next)?
