This is a brand new issue that has never happened before. I make an error, for example, drawing in a note on piano roll then hit CTRL + Z do undo...then nothing happens. I went to the 'Edit' dropdown but can only see "Undo Change Morpher-Y". Anyone know what that is & why it has replaced 'Undo'.
Can anyone recommend a fix ?

It sounds like you have a Max for Live device in your set that is flooding the undo menu. Each thing happening in the device is registered as an undo, pushing down all the other things that are happening.
The only solution is to temporarily disable the device while editing notes.
Additionally, you should ask the developer to fix the device.

I almost never use Max for Live devices. Do you know how can you troubleshoot to identify the culprit plugin/device?
