Change scene time signature but recording old time sig

In a session view, at a specific scene, I want to shift to a different time signature as I record down through the scenes. But recorded clips are still recording using the beginning time signature. Any idea of how I can force the cells in a scene to record in the time signature listed for that scene? (Seems weird that I have to ask that. Maybe I'm missing something.)

Seems the Track Clips start recording right before the Scene Time Sig changes the Set's Sig, I think you can report it to support as unintended behaviour.
