Push 3 controller bricked

Push 3 controller doesn’t boot up, blank screen, it happened after update, which has failed. If i press shift + power, or other button combinations - Push logo lights up, but its not recognized by Ableton live. Tried everything. Original usb cable + power adapter. Cant send a message to support without Live license. Please help!

Why don't you have a license?
Which update are you mentioning exactly?
What if you hold the User button while powering it on?

I just started using trial.
On a first connection it started the update process, v. 12.2.5, which gave an error.
With user button - the same, only Push logo, no reaction.

Its a Push 3 controller, i have connected it to MacBook running Ableton, and it started the firwmware update, i think.

What are you seeing in Live's MIDI Preferences?
Make sure there's no "Push" control surface selected in here.

Looks like this, not in control surface.
Push 3 is visible in input/output ports.

Is it possible to send it for repair?

Of course. Did you already register it on your ableton.com account? If yes, then you should find a link somewhere to contact Sales support.
Meanwhile, are you able to test it with another computer? Is it possible that your laptop has some kind of firewall/security setting that could block the USB communication?
Also, did you try re-installing Live? That can help sometimes.
