Accessing "Sample Options" in Note not working

In section 7.6 of the manual, it says, "tap on the sample’s waveform to access additional Sample Options".

For some reason I can't figure out, nothing happens when I try to do this. No menu pops up.

I have Note on both my iPad and iPhone. Both are exhibiting the same behavior.

Was there a change in how you access the sample options?

Which version are you using?
I can't remember the last release version, but it's working in the current beta version.
Maybe there's a bug in your version, but it'll work in the next update.

I have the latest release version, so perhaps there is a bug. I did end up finding the setting ("enable choke") that I was looking for, so no big deal.
