Unable to activate my STANDARD license

Bonjour,

I bought the STANDARD version of Ableton yesterday via an Arturia offer but I can't authorize it. When I start Ableton Live Standard, I am asked to authorize it via the Ableton website but it doesn't work: on my Ableton account, only my Ableton Live INTRO license is registered and my account does not contain an Ableton Live STANDARD license.
This is a big problem for me because I'm working on a production that requires more than 16 tracks and I'm limited with the INTRO version.
I sent a message to Arturia who referred me to Ableton...and Ableton does not respond to my problem...
Could you help me solve this problem, please?

There is no tech support here, you’ll have to wait for Ableton to get back to you. Sometimes it can take a few days.

You should have received a license serial number from Arturia, use this serial to add the license to your account on the product registration page: https://www.ableton.com/en/account/add_license/
