sporadic keyboard disconnection

Hello,
Why does my keyboard (ARTURIA KEYBOARD MKII 49) disconnect and reconnect immediately every ten seconds?

I would like to attach a screenshot of the "Link, tempo and Midi" tab but I don't know how to do it. Please let me know if you need this information to help me.

Hi Pierre,

This sounds like a physical connection problem e.g. a loose cable more then anything. To get your "Link, Tempo & MIDI" you can use the following keybinds to access it quicker: Mac - `cmd + ,` | Win - `Ctrl + ,` and it should be the fourth tab down.
