Hi,
Just on the verge of ordering a Push 3, but just wanted to check how returns are handled, here in the UK.
I'm in the middle of Wales, so not near any city - so if there's an issue with the device, do they send a courier to pick up the package, or does this have to be sent via a postal depot?
If it has to be taken to a depot, what are the options for UK customers - are there just a few centres located in major cities that will accept the package, or can you send the device back via a normal post office?
Thanks!
Push 3 UK returns
Re: Push 3 UK returns
Thanks, yes I sent a query yestersay. Just wondered if anyone here had any experience of UK returns, as I notice there's a post complaining about the use of main DHL city centres, rather than local pick-up points.
Hopefully I'll hear back soon - keen to buy one!
Re: Push 3 UK returns
Ableton don't seem to be able to confirm whether or not I'll have to make a four-hour round trip to a major UK city to return a Push if there's an issue, or not.
Obviously I'm expecting they'll send a perfectly working device, but the complete lack of any information for something pretty basic, kinda makes it difficult for me to hit the buy button just yet....
