Arrangement view - how to prevent auto creation of time signature changes?

Hi all, I'm trying to move some clips around in Arrangement View.
It's multiple imported tracks, that I try to just move a little so it starts on a downbeat.

When I move it around (specifically to the left), Ableton creates time signature changes.
This is very confusing to me, as I come from Cubase. Is this a setting that I can turn off?

If you are editing TIME then that's expected, but just moving Clips should not cause that (AFAIK).
