HELP! Clip follow actions and scene actions to be in sync?

I want to find a way to easily sync up my clip follow actions with actual scenes changing. The reason being is that I can get my clips to behave perfectly! Cut the clip up in arrangement view + Command + Shift + I to insert each clip as a new scene. That way all my bar counts are perfect! But my playhead stays static! That means that If I want to re-trigger a section, my playhead is nowhere near the section I'm on so I'd have to quickly scroll through heaps of scenes to re-trigger the current scene. There must be a way to easily solve this. But how? Below is a video of exactly what I'm experiencing.

Scene Follow Actions don't work in completely empty Scenes, a Scene has to have at least one Clip in some Track for it to work, maybe that's your problem.

I have clips on every track so that shouldn't be the problem.

Valid question. I have no straightforward solution, but you could use my (free) device "Archiduc", to either select the proper scene, or as a replacement for follow actions.
