MIDI Map Session/Arrangement View to MIDI controller?

How can I map the Session and Arrangement Views.. to a MIDI controller?

These options don`t appear when I click the MIDI Map Mode button to map them..

fwiw: Ableton Live 12.3 Suite / Windows 11

You'd need to have a MIDI Controller that supports a control surface selection in Live, that'\s how they are controlled.

MIDI Mapping is direct and not dynamic so won't move from the target you have mapped it to.

If your MIDI Controller isn't recognised as a control surface you maybe able to write a script in Python or use the Remotify utility to do so.

MaxforLive can do it.
You could also probably workaround by using an external app that converts midi messages to keystrokes.
But if you have M4L, that's definitely the best solution.
