Mapping midi controller directly to Serum macros?

Hi y'all,

I'm trying to map midi CCs 70-77 (the endless encoders on my Akai MPK Plus) directly to the 8 serum macro knobs. I want the encoders to automatically control the macro knobs in Serum 2 for whicever Serum 2 instance is currently armed, so the Ableton MIDI mapping function isn't the right tool for the job here.

Is this possible to do in Ableton?
