I'm in such a pain-in-the-ass situation that I can't find any other way but to ask here and hopefully get the attention of some technical admin at Ableton.
I'm using Proton Mail which allows to use aliases (Simplelogin).
Some time ago, I decided to use aliases everywhere, on all my online accounts.
The alias would redirect emails to my actual account and I could delete the alias whenever I felt there's too much spam or whatever being sent to that alias.
But for some reasons, I have deleted by mistake the alias used for my Ableton account
So I'm stuck to the 2nd step of the login "To protect your account from invalid accesses, we've sent an email with a one time password to your email address. Please enter the code below."
While I still have saved my email/password combination, I don't have the alias to redirect that email and thus get that confirmation code.
Some may ask "Why don't you contact directly the technical team?"
Because I can't! You need to be logged in in order to contact the tech team of Ableton T_T
I had planned to enjoy my free time during the Christmas holidays, took a week off to make some beats but now I'm stuck with this login wall...
Thanks God I took my Ableton Note with me, but you can't even start to imagine how frustrated I am right now being locked out of my account.
So, if by any chance you know a way to solve this, please help!
P.S: note to any admin which may be able to help: I still have access to my previous email address used for my Ableton account.
