When I deactivate "Loop" Button everything is gone

Hello anyone,

I am new to Ableton and I dont understand this.

Could you please tell me why everything is gone when I deactivate the loop button? I think at least the first part should be there but everything is gone.....

Because the notes start slightly earlier than beat 1.1.1. Stretch it a bit on the left in the arrangement view.
