Shortcut for creating MIDI clips doesn't work

I recently updated my computer from Windows 10 to Windows 11 including a formatting of my drive. So I started with a fresh Ableton LIVE and somehow the shortcut for creating MIDI clips (ctrl+shift+m) doesn't work anymore. I tried reinstalling Live 12.3.2 but no luck. :(

Does anyone know why this is?

Solved. The software of my graphics card had that hotkey enabled. :roll:
