Option to load last project automatically

Yes, I know this has been proposed multiple times. I'm proposing it again. It is a royal pain in the ass to have to specify which file to load after the fact.

If not, consider putting the last two or three projects in the main file menu and the rest in a "More recent files..." menu entry. That would make access quicker.

Also, implement the recent files list on the Live icon under macOS so we don't even have to bother with that.

Come on guys, there's no conceivable reason not to implement these time savers and it would take very little work.

I have been waiting for this feature also for a very long time now. Would be nice, as my standard project is filled up with lots of vst's that takes quite an amount of time to open, and then I have to open up again the last project. And MOST of the time I want to start with my last project, because that will also prevent me from just starting over a new project and never finish one. ;--)

Here here!! Option to "automatically open most recent project on boot" feature please. So simple. Every other DAW and video editing software has this.

Why would it not be an option to click on "save as default" before quitting? In this way, the last project will be opened upon the next start.
The original default could be saved under a different template name. Once done with the song, load that original template once, choose save as default, quit. The next launch is your standard template.

At least on Windows, a workaround is to directly open to project file in the explorer or via a link on your Desktop.
