I am having trouble putting words to what I want to do, so here's a video demonstration.

I want to take the audio from the "looper" plugin, and move it to a cell in the track that it belongs to, trigger the cell, stop, and clear the looper, and set the clip to "complex" timestretch.
Not exactly sure how to go about this automation.
Is it possible to automate moving the "looper" audio to a cell?

Yes. It's a fairly recent addition, you can do it with M4L now.
