Ableton & the new Windows MIDI Services

Hi all,
Will Ableton Live 12 be aware of the new Windows MIDI Services (https://microsoft.github.io/MIDI/) or is this something that will come in the next version of Live?
I've had a challenge where a couple of my synths are not recognised when I first open Live. I have to either disable/re-enable MIDI for the affected devices or restart Live for those synths to be seen after every system boot.
Live support said this was a 'Program Usability' issue, not a bug.
I'm hoping the new MIDI stack will fix the issue.

I remember Microsoft mentioned the software update is not necessary for the new MIDI service. Therefore, I think this problem is not caused by Ableton, and it will be naturally repaired within coming Windows update.
