"saved search" containing folders = no bueno

I want to like the "saved search" feature in the new browser with the tagging functionality. But I find it annoying that everything is automatically put into "umbrella" folders. I'd like for the items that I've tagged (with customs tags) to just show up in my Saved Search without having to open (which folder is that in??)...

Example: I have tagged a drumkit from a Live Pack which is tagged with my "Drums" and "FAV" tags. I made a saved search with those two tags. When I click on that saved search I see 2 folders, "Instrument Rack" and "Drum Rack". Opening each folder I see my drum kit is in BOTH folders.

Can I just have my tagged items appear in my saved searches??
