Info window and Scene notes - the sequel

Still no solution for this (see my original post).
Don't know anything about v8, javascript and SDK but reading the explanations about what it can and can't do, I've got a secret hope that this could provide a solution.

To sum up the idea : have a floating window reflecting the Scenes info window content and showing the selected (aka "next to play") scene.
Being able to auto-correct the content if I modify some scene info. (cold this be achieved by re-right cliking and select again that extension ?).
