First key of CC envelope is always zero

First key of CC envelope is always zero

When I record from plugin like Kontakt with changing modulation wheel, resulting first key of that CC is always 0, even if it was 127 by the start of recording (see first screenshot).
I tried to switch off Chase Midi Notes and MIDI Auto-Reset Envelope - it doesn't help.
Every time I have to remove first key in envelope viewer. I think it is a bug, because behavior of recording of automation parameters is OK: first key is what it was by the start of recording.
